The fact that there are no direct flights from Europe to Paros should not frighten you: this beautiful island can be easily reached in several ways, with stopovers at other locations, perhaps by splitting your holiday over several islands.

Flight + ferry to Paros

The easiest way to get to Paros, and probably the cheapest, is to fly to Athens, for which there is a good choice of low-cost flights departing from several European cities. Once in the capital, you can take a ferry from the port of Piraeus and in just 3-4 hours you will reach your destination.

Another option is to fly to the island of Mykonos, another Greek resort for which cheap flights are available (be careful, however, as many flights to Mykonos are seasonal). From here, the journey time by boat to Paros is very short, about 45 minutes.

Ferries to Paros

Do you want to combine several Greek islands in one holiday? Paros is an excellent base because, thanks to its central location in the Cyclades archipelago, it allows you to travel to other beautiful islands in just a few hours, both the most famous and other lesser-known ones.

Islands that can be reached in less than 4 hours include Ios, Santorini, Naxos, Patmos, Heraklion and Anafi.
