Igoumenitsa port is located in the eponymous municipality, in the Ladochori district, just south of Igoumenitsa town centre.

Igoumenitsa has ferry services to and from the islands of Corfu, Cephalonia and Paxos, as well as to Patras port. Services are operated by leading ferry companies including Super Fast Ferries, Agoudimos Lines, Blue Star Ferries, Endeavor Lines, Ventouris Ferries, Minoan Lines and Anek Lines. These operators also run international routes connecting Greece to various European ports. Domestic ferry services operate from the old port, whilst international routes depart from the new port.
The town of Igoumenitsa is increasingly establishing itself as an interesting tourist destination, with nearby attractions including the ancient site of Nikopolis and the beautiful beaches along the Thesprotian coast.
